s1 2 s3 Retail Shop Leases Amendment (No. 1) No. 72, 1997 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Retail Shop Leases Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1997 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Retail Shop Leases Regulation 1994 . ˙ Insertion of new s 2A 3. After section 2— insert— ˙ ‘ Prescribed premises ‘ 2A. For paragraph (e) of the definition “retail shop lease” in section 5 of the Act, premises with a floor area of more than 10 000 m 2 are a prescribed type of premises. 1 ’. ENDNOTES 1.
