No 169—Proclamation

MARIE BASHIR, Governor I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Retail Leases Amendment Act 1998, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 12 October 2001 as the day on which the uncommenced provisions of that Act commence.
