RETAIL LEASES AMENDMENT ACT 1997

I, the Honourable GORDON SAMUELS, AC., Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council and in pursuance of section 2 of the Retail Leases Amendment Act, do, by this Proclamation, appoint 17 October 1997 as the day on which Schedule 1 to that Act commences.
