The amendments in these regulations are to the Restraining
Orders Regulations 1997*.

(1) Regulation 10(1) is amended by inserting after "police
officer" —
44 , a prison officer (as defined in the Prisons Act 1981) ".(2) Regulation 10(2) is amended by deleting "for service the police
officer" and inserting instead44 , prison officer or other authorised person for service,
the officer or other person
4. Schedule 1 amended
The Forms in Schedule 1 that are listed in the Table to this subsection are amended on the back of the copy of the Form mentioned in that Table by deleting the box —

in each place where it occurs and inserting the following box
