Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor in
Executive Council.

1.            Citation

2.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Restraining
Orders Regulations 1997*.

3.            Regulation 10 amended

(1)	Regulation 10(1) is amended by inserting after "police officer" — 44 , a prison officer (as defined in the Prisons Act 1981) ".
(2)	Regulation 10(2) is amended by deleting "for service the police officer" and inserting instead

, prison officer or other authorised person for service,
the officer or other person

4.            Schedule 1 amended

The Forms in Schedule 1 that are listed in the Table to this subsection are amended on the back of the copy of the Form mentioned in that Table by deleting the box —
