Respite and Recreation Inc Enterprise Agreement 2011.
[1] Respite and Recreation Incorporated (“the applicant”) has filed an application for the approval of a single-enterprise agreement titled the Respite and Recreation Inc Enterprise Agreement 2011 (“the agreement”).
[2] In correspondence dated 20 June 2011, I raised a number of preliminary matters about the agreement, including matters going to better off overall considerations. The application was subsequently listed for mention on 24 June 2011, when Mr R McPherson, agent, represented the applicant. The application had been listed for further proceedings on 13 July 2011, but a notice of discontinuance was filed in advance of that listing. In the circumstances, the further listing has been vacated and the proceedings are now concluded.
