Resource Assessment Commission Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Resource Assessment Commission Act 1989.

1. Amendment

1.1 The Resource Assessment Commission Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

[NOTE: These Regulations commence on gazettal: see Acts Interpratation Act 1901, s. 48]

2. Regulation 3 (Allowances and remuneration to persons giving evidence)

2.1 Subregulation (1):

Omit “subsections 37 (1) and (2)”, substitute “subsections 38 (1) and (2)”.

2.2 Subregulation (2):

Omit “paragraph 37 (3) (a)”, substitute “paragraph 38 (3) (a)”.

3. Regulation 4 (Allowances payable to Commissioners)

3.1 Omit “subsection 47 (2)”, substitute “subsection 48 (2)”.
