Residential Tenancy (Shorter Period) Notice 2020

The Residential Tenancy Commissioner makes the following notice under section 56(8) of the Residential Tenancy Act 1997 .

1Short titleThis notice may be cited as the Residential Tenancy (Shorter Period) Notice 2020 . 2CommencementThis notice takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette. 3Shorter periodThe period beginning on the COVID-19 emergency day and ending on 30 June 2020 is determined to be a shorter period for the purposes of section 56 of the Residential Tenancy Act 1997 .
