Made under the Residential Tenancies Legislation Amendment (Family

Violence) Act 2019 section 2(b) by the Lieutenant-Governor and

1.            Citation

This proclamation is the Residential Tenancies Legislation

Amendment (Family Violence) Act 2019 Commencement
Proclamation 2019.

2.             Commencement of Act

The Residential Tenancies Legislation Amendment (Family

Violence) Act 2019, other than Part 1, comes into operation on

15 April 2019.

Note: The Commerce Regulations Amendment (Family Violence) Regulations 2019,
