Residential Tenancies (Fees) Regulations 1997

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1. Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to increase
the fee to accompany an application to the

Tribunal.

2. Authorising provisions

These Regulations are made under section
26(1)(c) and 151 of the Residential Tenancies

Act 1980.

3. Commencement

These Regulations come into operation on

1 January 1998.

4. Increase in application fee

In regulation 7 of the Residential Tenancies
Regulations 19921 for "$10.00" substitute

"$25.00".
