Made under the Residential Tenancies (COVID-19 Response) Act 2020 section 2(c) by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.     Citation

This proclamation is the Residential Tenancies (COVID-19
Response) Act 2020 Commencement Proclamation 2020.

2.    Commencement

The Residential Tenancies (COVID-19 Response) Act 2020
sections 14(3)(b) and (4) to (7) and 27(3)(b) and (4) to (7) and
Part 4 Divisions 3 to 5 come into operation on 18 May 2020.
