Residential Tenancies (Caravan Parks and Movable Dwellings Registration and Standards) Amendment (Expiry Date) Regulations 2023

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to extend the expiry date of the Residential Tenancies (Caravan Parks and Movable Dwellings Registration and Standards) Regulations 2020 to 30 June 2024.

2Authorising provisions

These Regulations are made under sections 514, 515, 515A and 516 of the Residential Tenancies Act 1997.

3Regulation 51 substituted

For regulation 51 of the Residential Tenancies (Caravan Parks and Movable Dwellings Registration and Standards) Regulations 2020[1] substitute—

51Revocation of these Regulations"

These Regulations are revoked on 30 June 2024.".
