HOUSING) ACT 1998—PROCLAMATION

I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Residential Tenancies Amendment (Social Housing) Act 1998, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 January 1999 as the day on which that Act commences.
