RESIDENTIAL TENANCIES AMENDMENT REGULATIONS

(NO. 3) 1991

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

•

1. These regulations may be cited as the Residential Tenancies Amendment

Regulations (No. 3) 1991.

Regulation 5A amended

2. The Residential Tenancies Regulations 1989* are amended by repealing

regulation 5A and substituting the following regulation —

Exemption of Homeswest from

sections 29 (4) (b) and 33 of the Act

5A, The State Housing Commission ("Homeswest") is

prescribed under section 6 (c) of the Act as an agency to which	a
sections 29 (4) (b) and 33 of the Act shall not apply.
