in the capacity of the owner of the residential premises; and

RESIDENTIAL TENANCIES AMENDMENT REGULATIONS (No. 2) 1991

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.
Citation

1.    These regulations may be cited as the Residential Tenancies Amendment

Regulations (No. 2) 1991.

Regulation 5B amended

2.    Regulation 5B of the Residential Tenancies Regulations 1989* is amended

by repealing subregulation (1) and substituting the following subregulation-

" (1) A residential tenancy agreement in which—

(b) an employee of an employer specified in the Table to this subregulation is a tenant under that agreement,

is prescribed under section 6 (a) of the Act as a residential tenancy

agreement to which section 30 (1) of the Act shall not apply.
