RESIDENTIAL TENANCIES AMENDMENT REGULATIONS (No. 2) 1990 Made by His Excellency the Governor id Executive Council under section 6. Citation
1.These regulations may be cited as the Residential Tenancies Amendment
Regulations (No. 2) 1990.
Regulation 5B repealed and a regulation substituted2. Regulation 5B of the Residential Tenancies Regulations 1989* is repealed and
the following regulation is substituted—
"Exemptions from section 30 (1) of the Act
50. (1) A residential tenancy agreement in which—
(a) The State Energy Commission of Western Australia acts in the
capacity of the owner of residential premises; and
(b) an employee of The State Energy Commission of Western Australia is a tenant under that agreement,
is prescribed under section 6 (a) of the Act as a residential tenancy
agreement to which section 30 (1) of the Act shall not apply.

(2) The premises set out in the Table to this subregulation are prescribed
under section 6 (b) of the Act as premises to which section 30 (1) of the Actshall not apply.
