Residential Tenancies Amendment

Regulations 2007

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Residential Tenancies Amendment
Regulations 2007.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation on 5 April 2007.

3.             The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Residential
Tenancies Regulations 1989*.

4.             Regulation 13 repealed

Regulation 13 is repealed.

5.             Schedule 1 repealed

Schedule 1 is repealed.

6.             Schedule 2 amended

Schedule 2 clause 12 is amended by deleting paragraph (d).

7.             Schedule 5 amended

Schedule 5 is amended by deleting the item commencing
“s. 86 (1)”.
