Residential Tenancies Act 1997

Residential Tenancies (Amendment) Regulations 2007

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Residential Tenancies Regulations 1998 to amend a section reference consequential on the enactment of the Infringements (Consequential and Other Amendments) Act 2006 and to make a statute law revision amendment.

2Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 511 of the Residential Tenancies Act 1997.

3Amendment to update cross-reference

In regulation 24 of the Residential Tenancies Regulations 1998[1], for "section 510D(e)" substitute "section 510C(2)".

4Statute law revision

In Schedule 1 to the Residential Tenancies Regulations 1998, in Form 6, for "8. This notice" substitute "7. This notice".
