RESIDENTIAL TENANCIES AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1992

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.
Citation

1.   These regulations may be cited as the Residential Tenancies Amendment Regulations

1992.
Regulation 3 (2) amended

2.    Regulation 3 (2) of the Residential Tenancies Regulations 1989* is amended by

repealing subregulation (2) and substituting the following subregulation-

" (2) In subregulation (1) "retirement village" has the same meaning as in the

Retirement Villages Act 1992. "
