Made under the Residential Tenancies Amendment Act 2024 section 2(b) by the deputy of the Governor in Executive Council.

1.Citation

This proclamation is the Residential Tenancies Amendment Act 2024 Commencement Proclamation (No. 2) 2024.

2.Commencement

The following provisions of the Residential Tenancies Amendment Act 2024 come into operation on 29 July 2024 —

  sections 11 and 12;

• (b)

  section 13(1);

• (c)

  section 14;

• (d)

  section 15(1);

• (e)

  section 18;

• (f)

  sections 25 to 31;

• (g)

  section 33;

• (h)

  section 35;

• (i)

  section 37;

• (j)

  sections 39 to 42;

• (k)

  section 46.
