His Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Residential Tenancies Act 1987.

The object of this Regulation is to exempt eligible pensioners and full time students receiving Commonwealth student assistance allowances from paying a fee for an application to the Residential Tenancies Tribunal.

This Regulation is made under the Residential Tenancies Act 1987, including

sections 86 and 133 (1) ( l ) .

1 Name of Regulation

This Regulation is the Residential Tenancies (Tribunal)

Amendment (Fees) Regulation 1998.

2 Amendment of Residential Tenancies (Tribunal) Regulation 1995

The Residential Tenancies (Tribunal) Regulation 1995 is amended as set out in Schedule 1.

The explanatory note does not form part of this Regulation.

Clause 8 Application fee: sec 86

Omit “$10” from clause 8 (1) (a). Insert instead "nil".
