Residential Tenancies (Residential Premises) Amendment Regulation 1997

His Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Residential Tenancies Act 1987.

Explanatory note

The object of this Regulation is to renumber a clause of the Residential

Tenancies (Residential Premises) Regulation 1995.

This Regulation is made under the Residential Tenancies Act 1987, including section 133 (the general regulation-making power).

1 Name of Regulation

This Regulation is the Residential Tenancies (Residential

Premises) Amendment Regulation 1997.

2 Amendment of Residential Tenancies (Residential Premises) Regulation 1995

The Residential Tenancies (Residential Premises) Regulation 1995 is amended by renumbering clause 24 (Exemptions relating to the Home Purchase Assistance Authority), as inserted by the

Residential Tenancies (Residential Premises) Amendment

(Exemption) Regulation 1997, as clause 23A.
