1   Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Residential Services (Accreditation) (Extension of Transitional Provision for Retirement Villages) Amendment Regulation 2020.

2   Regulation amended

This regulation amends the Residential Services (Accreditation) Regulation 2018.

Section 13 applies as if a reference in the provision to 2 years were a reference to 4 years.
