Act 2020 section 2(1)(c) by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

This proclamation is the Residential Parks (Long-stay Tenants)

Amendment Act 2020 Commencement Proclamation 2021.

2.             Commencement

The Residential Parks (Long-stay Tenants) Amendment Act 2020,
other than Part 1 and sections 3, 6, 80 to 83, 86 and 88, comes
into operation on 31 January 2022.
