REVESTMENT.

No. 36 of 1985.

AN ACT relating to certain reserves and other land.

[Assented to 6 May 1985.]

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

Short title.

1.    This Act may be cited as the Reserves and

Land Revestment Act 1985.

2.    Reserve No. 21406, classified as of Class A, ihr.71906 at

containing 3.520 8 hectares and set apart for North Beach.

"Public Recreation" is hereby cancelled.

Reserve No. 38333, classified as of Class A, containing 48 660 hectares, set apart for "National Park" and vested under the Conservation and Land Management Act 1984 in the National Parks and Nature Conservation Authority is hereby amended by including an area of 16.187 4 hectares comprising De Witt Location 188.

of Wanneroo. containing 1.873 7 hectares, set apart for "Protection

and Preservation of Orchestra Shell Cave" and vested in the Shire of Wanneroo is hereby amended by excising an area of 575 square metres comprising Swan Location 10601.

(2) The purpose of Reserve No. 37617 is hereby changed to "Protection and Preservation of Orchestra Shell Cave".

5. (1) All that land specified in the Schedule to this section is hereby revested in Her Majesty as of Her former estate and removed from the operation of the Transfer of Land Act 1893, and is constituted Crown land within the meaning of that expression in the Land Act 1933.

The reservation of the land specified in the Schedule under section 20A of the Town Planning and Development Act 1928 is hereby cancelled.

Part VILA. of the Land Act 1933 applies to land constituted Crown land under subsection (1) as if that land were land comprised in a road that is closed as being no longer required as a road.

1. Town of Armadale.

The pedestrian accessway bounded by Lots 45 and 46 on Office of Titles Plan 10070 and Lots 57 and 58 on Office of Titles Plan 10069 and extending between Detling Court and Chasley Court on those respective plans.

The pedestrian accessway containing 386 square metres as shown coloured brown on Office of Titles Diagram 44710.

3.    City of Gosnells.

The pedestrian accessway as shown coloured brown and bounded by Lots 71, 80, 81 and 116 on Office of Titles Plan 12155.

4.    Shire of Rockingham.

Portion of the pedestrian accessway to a width of 2.96 metres abutting the eastern boundaries of Lots 31 and 32 on Office of Titles Plan 8755 between Rae Road and Wallsend Street.

5.    City of Stirling.

The pedestrian accessway bounded by Lots 148, 149, 166 and 167 on Office of Titles Plan 8909 and extending between Blackham Way and Princess Road on that plan.

6.    Shire of Wanneroo.

The pedestrian accessway bounded by Lots 521 and 522 on Office of Titles Plan 11027 and Lots 539 and 540 on Office of Titles Plan 10929 and extending between Burgland and Nanovich Avenue on those respective plans.

7.    Shire of Wanneroo.

Portion of the pedestrian accessway abutting the south- western boundary of Lot 711 on Office of Titles Plan 11873 extending from the north-western corner of that lot in a south-easterly direction for a distance of 40.25 metres.

8.    Shire of Wanneroo.

The pedestrian accessway containing 154 square metres abutting portion of the western boundary of Lot 214 on Office of Titles Plan 10430 between the southern side of

Hillwood Avenue and the northern boundary of Reserve
