AN ACT relating to certain reserves and other lands.

[Assented to 9 December 1982.]

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most ExcellentMajesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:-

1.    This Act may be cited as the Reserves Act Short title.

(No. 2) 1982.

2.    The purpose of Reserve No. 22576, classified 'DI n25h at

as of Class A, containing 2.845 6 hectares, set apart Kalamunda.

Upon transfer to the Crown of Oldfield Loca- tion 1365 referred to in subsection (2) of this section, that land is revested in Her Majesty as of Her former estate and is removed from the operation of the Transfer of Land Act 1893 and the land comprising Oldfield Location 1365 shall thereupon, by operation of this subsection, be included in Reserve No. 29715, classified as of Class A, set apart for "Parklands".
