AN ACT relating to certain reserves.

[Assented to 14 December 1981.]

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most ExcellentMajesty, by and with the advice and consent

of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1.    This Act may be cited as the Reserves Act Citation.

2. Reserve No. 10523, classified as of Class A, 10523 at

containing 1.796 5 hectares, and set apart for "Civic	Narrogin.
Centre Site", is hereby amended by excising an area of 3 839 square metres comprising

(a) Narrogin Lot 1617; and

(b) the right of way shown coloured brown on Lands and Surveys Diagram 84635.

Reserve No. 17957, classified as of Class A, comprising Peel Estate Lot 154, containing 2.023 4 hectares, and set apart for "Park and Recreation", is hereby amended by excising an area of 1 415 square metres shown coloured brown on Lands and Surveys Diagram 84634.

The purpose of Reserve No. 14063, classified as of Class A, containing 95.801 7 hectares, and set apart for "Park Lands", is hereby changed to "Conservation of Flora and Fauna".

(1) Reserve No. 28220, classified as of Class A, containing 523.374 9 hectares, and set apart for "Conservation of Flora", is hereby amended by excising an area of 39.901 2 hectares being all that portion of Gascoyne Location 359 that is contained in the reserve.

(2) The purpose of Reserve No. 28220, referred to in subsection (1) of this section, is hereby changed to "Conservation of Flora and Fauna".

Reserve No. 7537, classified as of Class A, containing 1 573.786 2 hectares or thereabouts, set apart for "National Park and Native Game", and vested in the National Parks Authority of Western Australia, is hereby amended by excising an area of 2 892 square metres being all that portion of Swan View Sub Lot 128 that is contained in the reserve.

8. (1) Reserve No. 32907, classified as of Class A, comprising Victoria Location 11080, containing

50.975 2 hectares, set apart for "Conservation of Flora and Fauna", and vested in The Western Australian Wildlife Authority, is hereby amended by excising

(a)	an area of 23.826 9 hectares surveyed as Victoria Location 11443; and
(b)	an area of 950 square metres surveyed as a road and shown coloured brown on Lands and Surveys Diagram 84567.

(2) The Governor may grant the land excised by the operation of subsection (1) (a) of this section, for an estate in fee simple, to Fergus Connaughton of Three Springs, Farmer, without requiring the payment of any consideration in respect thereof.
