AN ACT relating to certain reserves.

[Assented to 17th December, 1979.]

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most ExcellentMajesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the ,same, as follows:—

1.    This Act may be cited as the Reserves Act ?gest

(No. 2), 1979.

Reserve No.

(1) Reserve No. 27004, classified as of Class A, containing 186 096.192 8 hectares, set apart for "National Park", and vested in the National Parks Authority is hereby amended by excising an area of 27004 et ICatbarri.

20.01 hectares surveyed as Victoria Location 11322.

(2) The land excised by the operation of

subsection (1) of this section shall be reserved ,again for the purpose "Sewage Treatment Plant".

Reserve No.

(1) Reserve No. 27068, classified as of Class A, containing 88.125 4 hectares, set apart for "Recreation and Parklands", and vested in the Albany Town Council is hereby amended by excising an area of 45 square metres surveyed as Albany Lot 1327.

(2) The land excised by the operation of subsection (1) of this section shall be reserved again for the purpose "Navigation Beacon Site".

(1) Reserve No. 20973, classified as of Class A, containing 121 square metres, set apart for "Public Garden", and vested in the Bayswater Shire Council, is hereby cancelled.

(2) The land heretofore comprising that reserve shall be used for road purposes.

The purpose of Reserve No. 13594, classified as of Class A, comprising Avon Location 17112, containing 40.873 2 hectares, and set apart for "Conservation of Flora" is hereby changed to "Conservation of Flora and Fauna".

Reserve No.

(1) Reserve No. 20928, classified as of Class A, containing 275.186 2 hectares or thereabouts, set apart for "Recreation and Camping", and vested in the Denmark Shire Council is hereby amended by excising an area of four hectares surveyed as Plantagenet Location 7433.

(2) The land excised by the operation of subsection (1) of this section shall be reserved again for the purpose "Caravan Park".

22204 at	7. The purpose of Reserve No. 22204, classified as of Class A, containing 4.127 8 hectares, set apart for "Parklands", and vested in the Mandurah Shire Council is hereby changed to "Parklands and Recreation".

(1) Reserve No. 25062, classified as of Class A, comprising Avon Location 23825, containing 297.193 6 hectares, and set apart for "Conservation of Flora" is hereby amended by including therein the land comprised in Reserve No. 25979, classified as of Class C, comprising Avon Location 27082, containing 851.999 9 hectares, and set apart for "Conservation of Flora", which is hereby cancelled.
