AN ACT relating to certain Permanent Re-
serves.
[Assented to 21st December, 1909d
B E it enacted by the king's Most Excellent Majesty, by andLegislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Par-with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and
liament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows :—

That portion Of permanent reserve numbered 7077, situated Northward of the production Eastward of the South boundary of North Fremantle Lot P. 83, and now dedicated to the purpose of recreation, is hereby excised from the said reserve, and is constituted public reserve number 11656, and dedicated to the use and re- quirements of the Government.

First Schedule.
Ali that piece of land situated at Claremont, comprising three roods and thirteen perches or thereabouts, bounded by lines starting from the South-West corner of Swan Location 21E3, and extending 240' 58' 2 chains 164 links; thence 0° 12' about 4 chains 95 links; thence 90 0 12' about 1 chain 90 links to the North-West corner of said Location 2112 thence 180' 12' along its West boundary to the starting point.
Second Schedule.
All that piece of land situated at Motud Barker, comprising thirteen and a-half acres or thereabouts, bounded by lines starting front the South-East corner of Reserve 1789, and extending 270' 19' 11 chains 75 links ; thence 180' 144' about 11 chains; thence 99' 17' about 11 chains 50 links to the South-East boundary of Reserve 1790; thence North-Eastward along the latter to the Western side of the Perth-Albany Road and along it 346' 54' 8 chains 644 links to the starting point.
