AN ACT to enable the purpose of certain

Permanent Reserves to be changed.

[Assented to 14th December, 1906.]

BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and

with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and.

Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parlia-

ment assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1. That portion of permanent reserve 99 86 , more particularly change of purpose

of portion of Re-

described in the First Schedule to this Act, being Kalgoorlie serve At drainage, is hereby excised from the said reserve, and is constituted

reserve number A \ 10480'and dedicated to the purpose of a public

school site.

2.      That portion of permanent reserve 5183, more particularly Change of purpose

described in the Second Schedule to this Act, being Perth Suburban opzrtion of Reserve hereby excised from the said reserve, and is constituted reserve

number 10380, and dedicated to the purpose of a Presbyterian

Church.

Change of purpose 3. That portion of permanent reser% e more particularly

of portion of 2101,

Reserve Am 2101 described in the Third Schedule to this Act, and now dedicated to the purpose of a public park, is hereby excised from the said reserve,

and is constituted reserve number 10481, and dedicated to the purpose

of a reservoir.

Power to lease por- 4. It shall be lawful for the mayor and councillors of the

tiers of Reserve

A 6038 for golf	Municipality of Fremantle to demise to the Fremantle Golf Club,
links.	Incorporated, by a lease of which a copy is deposited in the office of the Department of Lands and Surveys in Perth, and marked " Land
and Surveys — 3375 ," that portion of the permanent reserve numbered 06
A 6638 therein described, for the term of fifteen years from the
first day of April, one thousand nine hundred and six, at the rent and subject to the covenants, conditions, and reservations therein contained.

First Schedule.

All that portion of Permanent Reserve 9A2A 86 bounded by lines starting from

the intersection of the South-Eastern side of Hay Street with the South- Western side of Throssell Street, Kalgoorlie, and extending 133° 30' 5 chains 44 links; thence 223° 30' 8 chains 9 links ; thence 313° 29' 5 chains 44 links to the South-Eastern side of Hay Street aforesaid, and along it 43° 29' 8 chains 9 links to the starting point, as surveyed and shown on Diagram 20095 in the Department of Lands and Surveys.

Second Schedule.

All that portion of permanent Reserve 5183, containing about I rood 13 perches, and bounded on the North by one chain of the South side of Bagot Road, Subiaco, and on the East by the West boundary of Perth Suburban Lot

404; the opposite boundaries being parallel and equal.

Third Schedule.

All that portion of permanent reserve 2101, bounded by lines starting from a

point situate 1 chain 73;`s links North, and 5 chains 2 links West from the 25-Mile

Post on the Eastern Railway, and extending South-Eastward along the South- Western side of a one chain road, running parallel with the said railway for a dis- tance of 9 chains 6 links ; thence 217° 35' 8 chains 42? links, 307° 35' 9 chains, and 37° 35' 9 chains 12 links to the starting point.
