No. 4 of 1939.
AN ACT relating to certain Reserves and other land.
[Assented to 5th October, 1939.]
BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty,by and with the advice and consent of the Legis- lative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—
1. This Act may be cited as the Reserves Act (No. 1), Short One.

in the Second Schedule to this Act, is hereby excised from the said reserve to the intent that it shall be included in the State forest adjoining the same.
Coot aloe lot
182. 4. All that piece of land, being Cottesloe lot 182, held
for an estate in fee simple by the Western Australian Fire Brigades Board in trust for the purpose of a fire station site, may be sold and transferred by the said board for such consideration as the said board as vendor may think fit, and the said land, when so transferred, shall be freed and discharged from the trust aforesaid.

the Swanbourne Reserve Act, 1931, that piece of land, formerly portion of reserve "A"7804, more particularly described in Part II. of the Schedule to the said Swan-
bourne Reserve Act, 1931, shall be deemed to be Crown
land within the meaning and for the purposes of the Land Act, 1933-1938, and as such may be disposed of under and in accordance with the provisions of the said last-mentioned Act.

All that portion of reserve "A"18987, for national park (Porongorup Range), surveyed and shown as Plantagenet location 5615 on diagram 57394 in the De- partment of Lands and Surveys, is hereby excised from the said reserve and may be dealt with under the provi- sions of the Land Act, 1933-1938, as the Governor may think fit.

15738. 7.
All that piece of land, being reserve 15738, known as Avon location 20059, at present held under a nine hundred and ninety-nine years lease by Robert Pollock, William Chambers Hunter, and Thomas James Teas- dale, in trust for an agricultural hall and recreation ground, is hereby revested in His Majesty as of his former estate, to the intent that the said land shall be again set aside and reserved as an agricultural hall site and recreation ground and be vested in, granted or leased under the provisions of section thirty-three of the Land Act, 1933-1938, to Bruce Rock Road Board, or to such other body or persons as the Governor may approve for the said purposes.

tion purposes, vested in South Perth Road Board, and more particularly described in the Third Schedule to this Act, is hereby excised from the said reserve, to the intent that it shall be set apart as a reserve for an infant health clinic.

the Melville Road Board for recreation purposes, sur- veyed and shown on diagram 60568 in the Department of Lands and Surveys, as Cockburn Sound location 873, and co.: aaining 34 3/10ths perches, is hereby excised from the said reserve, to the intent that it shall be set apart as a reserve for an infant health clinic.

All those portions of reserves "A"12510 and "A"13375,
delineated, coloured brown and shown as Terrace road on original plan
No. 5268 in the Department of Lands and Surveys.
6.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
The area bounded by lines starting from the present north-west corner of the reserve and extending south along part of its west boun- dary for a distance of 17 chains 50 links; thence about 106 degrees 45 minutes 02 chains; thence about 84 degrees 30 minutes 53 chains to the western side of a surveyed road on the west boundaries of loca- tions 473 and 2321; thence northward along said side of road to the present north boundary of the reserve and thence west to the starting point.
THIRD SCHEDULE.
All that portion of class "A" reserve 3617 and being portion of Perth suburban lot 425 bounded on the southward and eastward by lines starting from the intersection of the west side of Goode street with the northern side of Housman street and extending westward along Hensman street for a distance of 100 feet and northward along Cootie street for a distance of 75 feet, and by opposite boundaries parallel and equal.
