AN ACT to amend section thirteen of the Reserves

Act, 1967.

[Assented to 6th May, 1969.]

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most ExcellentMajesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

Short title

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Reserves

and citation.

Act Amendment Act, 1969.

(2)

In this Act the Reserves Act, 1967, is referred

to as the principal Act.

(3) The principal Act as amended by this Act

may be cited as the Reserves Act, 19674969.

2. Subsection (2) of section thirteen of the

principal Act is repealed and re-enacted as follows

(2) The land excised by the operation of subsection (1) of this section shall be reserved for the purposes of a "Concert Hall and Ancillary Uses, Restaurant and Vehicle Park- ing" in such manner as the Governor may approve, under the provisions of the Land Act, 1933. .
