AN ACT relating to certain reserves and other

lands.

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most ExcellentMajesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1.    This Act may be cited as the Reserves Act 1984. Short ti tle.

for such consideration as it thinks fit, and upon the registration in the Office of Titles of a transfer pursuant to this section the land so transferred is freed and discharged from the trust and the Registrar of Titles appointed under section 7 of the Transfer of Land 1893 shall cancel the certificate of title issued under that Act in respect of Manjimup Lot 453 and make out to the transferee a certificate of title to the land so transferred.
