AN ACT relating to certain reserves and other lands.

[Assented to 9 December 1980.]

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1.    This Act may be cited as the Reserves Act 1980. Short title.

(2) Reserve No. 34322, classified as of Class A, containing 1.489 3 hectares, set apart for "Recrea- tion" and vested in the Subiaco City Council is hereby amended by including

(a)	the land excised by operation of subsection (1) of this section; and
(b)	an area containing 1.016 hectares surveyed as Swan Location 10020.

Reserve No, 3.

(1) Reserve No. 24869, classified as of Class A, formerly estimated to contain about 10 521 hectares but now recalculated to contain about 9 720 hectares including all land to Low Water Mark, set apart for "Conservation of Fauna" and vested in the Western Australian Wildlife Authority is hereby amended by excising two areas containing in the aggregate 405 square metres surveyed as Gascoyne Locations 302 and 303, which excised land shall be reserved again for the purpose of a "Lighthouse".

(1) Reserve No. 24029, classified as of Class A, containing 8 822 square metres, set apart for "Kindergarten, Infant Health Clinic, Children's Playground and Park" and vested in the Nedlands City Council is hereby amended by excising an area containing 1 182 square metres surveyed as Swan Location 10031.

(2) The land excised by the operation of subsection (1) of this section shall be reserved again for the purpose "Municipal Hall".

(2) The land excised by the operation of subsec- tion (1) of this section shall be used for road purposes.
