AN ACT relating to certain reserves and other lands.

[Assented to 7th November, 1979.]

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most ExcellentMajesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1. This Act may be cited as the Reserves Act, Short title.

(1) Reserve No. 12553, classified as of Class A, containing 173.205 5 hectares or thereabouts, and

(2) The land heretofore comprising that reserve shall be included in State Forest No. 29.

(1) Reserve No. 23251, classified as of Class A, comprising Swan Locations 5325 and 5326, containing 61.158 1 hectares, set apart for "Recreation" is hereby amended by excising an area of 21.477 1 hectares surveyed as, and comprising, portion of Swan Location 9752.

(2) The land excised by the operation of subsection (1) of this section shall be reserved again for the purpose "Controlled Access Road".

The purpose of Reserve No. 20171, classified as of Class A, comprising Sussex Location 965, containing 312.093 5 hectares and set apart for "Park Lands" is hereby changed to "National Park".

"Recreation and Public Utility" is hereby amended by excising an area of 468 square metres surveyed as Swan Location 9797.

(2) The land excised by the operation of subsection (1) of this section shall be reserved again for the purpose "Sewerage Pumping Station".

The purpose of Reserve No. 23580, classified as of Class A, containing 1 177.650 4 hectares, set apart for the purpose "National Park", vested in the Merredin Shire Council is hereby changed to "Recreation and Parkland".

(1) Reserve No. 17375, classified as of Class A, containing 25.211 2 hectares, set apart for "Recreation", vested in the National Parks Authority is hereby amended by excising an area of 106 square metres surveyed as Swan Location 9843.

"Conservation of Flora and Fauna" and vested in the Western Australian Wildlife Authority is hereby amended by excising an area containing 25.330 6 hectares surveyed as Wickepin AA Lot 513.
(2) The land excised by the operation of subsection (1) of this section shall be disposed of in part exchange for an area containing 49.155 2 hectares, surveyed as Avon Location 28615, which shall be included in Reserve No. 25555.

10. (1) Reserve No. 13805, classified as of Class 13805 near

"Recreation and Timber" is hereby amended by excising an area of 400 square metres surveyed as Kyarra Location 60.
(2) The land excised by the operation of subsection (1) of this section shall be again reserved for the purpose "Historical Graves".

11. (1) Reserve No. 24258, classified as of Class A, containing 3 858 hectares or thereabouts, set apart for "National Park and Recreation" is hereby amended by excising an area of 44.5 hectares, being Dart of the land surveyed as Plantagenet Location 5904.	24258 at Albany.

(2) The land excised by the operation of subsection (1) of this section shall be included in Reserve No. 23524 set apart for the purpose "Rifle Range".

Reserve No.	12. The area of land containing 2 216 square metres, formerly being reserve No. 30338, which reserve was cancelled by section 3 of Act No. 103 of 1978, may be disposed of in such manner as the Governor approves.
