AN ACT relating to certain reserves and other lands.

[Assented to 25th November, 1976.]

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1.    This Act may be cited as the Reserves Act.

1976.   Short title.

(1) Reserve No. 8731, classified as of Class A, comprising Swan locations 2853 and 2855,	Reserve

containing 97.5567 hectares, set apart for "Public	Mongers
Lake.
Park and Recreation" and vested in the City of

Perth in fee simple in trust for that purpose is hereby amended by excising an area of one hectare surveyed as Swan Location 9533.

(2) The land excised by the operation of

subsection (1) of this section:

(a)	is hereby vested in Her Majesty as of Her former estate and removed from the operation of the Transfer of Land Act, 1893; and
(b)	shall be reserved again for the purpose "Speech and Hearing Centre" and vested in such manner as the Governor may approve.

The purpose of Reserve No. 1634, comprising Mosman Park Suburban Lot 115 and Mosman Park Lot 594, containing 4.0246 hectares, set apart for "Recreation", classified as of Class A and vested in the Town of Mosman Park is hereby changed to "Recreation, Civic Centre and War Memorial" and the Order in Council dated 27th July, 1966 vesting the reserve in the Town of Mosman Park to be held in trust for "Recreation" is hereby cancelled.

Namal- 4. The purpose of Reserve No. 687 containing

catching 258.9988 hectares, set apart for "Water and Public

Well. Park", classified as of Class A and vested in the

Shire of Dowerin is hereby changed to "Conser- vation of Flora and Fauna" and the Order in Council dated 23rd January 1969 vesting the reserve in the Shire of Dowerin to be held in trust for "Water and Public Park" is hereby cancelled.

No. 29057 at	5. (1) Reserve No. 29057, classified as of Class A, comprising Tunney Lot 33, containing 66.8970 hectares, set apart for "Camping, Caravan Park and Water" is hereby amended by excising two areas containing in the aggregate 4139 square metres surveyed as Tunney Lots 34 and 35.

(2) The purpose of the reserve is changed to "Parklands and Recreation".

(3) The land excised by the operation of subsection (1) of this section shall be reserved again for the purpose "Stopping Place".

6.    (1) Reserve No. 21054, classified as of Class A, =gm at

containing 4.4880 hectares, set apart for "Disused East Perth.

Burial Ground" and vested in the National Parks Authority of Western Australia is hereby amended by excising an area of 347 square metres surveyed as Perth Lot 767.

(2) The land excised by the operation of subsection (1) of this section shall be reserved again for the purpose "Historical Buildings" and classified as of Class A.

7.    (1) The purpose of Reserve No. 12243, Agse11143 at

classified as of Class A, comprising Jandakot Lot 73, Jandakot.

containing 4249 square metres, set apart for "Water" and controlled by the Town of Cockburn is hereby changed to "Drainage".

(2) The classification as of Class A of Reserve No. 12243 described in subsection (1) of this section is hereby cancelled and the Order in Council dated 5th August 1925 whereby the said reserve was placed under the control of the Fremantle Road Board as a Board of Management is hereby revoked.

(1) Reserve No. 2851, classified as of Class A, containing 124.2653 hectares, set apart for "Recreation and Camping" and vested in the Shire of Mandurah is hereby amended by excising an area of 1.2192 hectares surveyed as Murray Location 1662.	Reserve

(2) The land excised by the operation of subsection (1) of this section shall be reserved again for the purpose "Water Supply".

(1) Reserve No. 27004, classified as of Class A, containing about 186622 hectares, set apart for a National Park under the control and management of the National Parks Authority of Western Australia is hereby amended by excising two areas containing in the aggregate 526.0910 hectares surveyed as Victoria Locations 11204 and 11205.

(2) The land excised by the operation of subsection (1) of this section shall in respect to Victoria Location 11204 be added to Kalbarri Townsite and in respect to Victoria Location 11205 shall be again reserved for the purpose "Recreation and Parkland".

(1) Reserve No. 27575, classified as of Class A, containing about 1143 hectares, set apart for a National Park under the control and management of the National Parks Authority of Western Australia is hereby amended by excising an area of
