AN ACT relating to certain reserves and other lands.

[Assented to 1st December, 1975.]

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most ExcellentMajesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1.    This Act may be cited as the Reserves Act, Short Otte

Reserve

The purpose of Reserve No. 27107, classified as of Class A, containing 2 158.795 0 hectares, set	No. 27107 at Oyster

(1) Reserve No. 337, classified as of Class A, comprising Kojonup Locations 8921, 8922 and 9201, containing 68.571 6 hectares, set apart for Camping, Stopping Place and Recreation is hereby amended by excising an area of 13.163 1 hectares surveyed as Kojonup Location 9203.

(2) The land excised by the operation of sub- section (1) of this section shall be reserved again for the purpose of a Rubbish Depot.

(1) Reserve No. 2146, classified as of Class A, containing 39.881 8 hectares, set apart for Recrea- tion and vested in the Shire of Swan is hereby amended by excising areas containing in the aggregate 1.028 8 hectares and surveyed as Swan Locations 9264 and 9266.

(2) The land excised by the operation of sub- section (1) of this section shall be granted to Brilyn Investments Pty. Ltd. by way of exchange for those portions of Lot 2 of Swan Location 1317 the subject of diagram 27461 containing in the aggregate 1.153 7 hectares surveyed and shown on Original Plan No. 13562 as Swan Locations 9263, 9265 and 9267 subject to the said Brilyn Investments Pty. Ltd. surrendering and transferring to Her Majesty that portion of the said Lot 2 containing 1.711 3 hectares surveyed and shown on the said Original Plan No. 13652 as Swan Location 9268.

(1) Reserve No. 8979, classified as of Class A, comprising Donnybrook Suburban Lot 151, contain- ing 5.397 5 hectares, set apart for Park Lands and vested in the Shire of Donnybrook-Balingup is hereby amended by excising an area of 1.371 8 hectares surveyed as Donnybrook Lot 484.

(2) The land excised by the operation of sub- section (1) of this section shall be reserved again for the purpose of a Caravan Park.
