AN ACT relating to certain Reserves and other lands.

[Assented to 9th December, 19741

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most ExcellentMajesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1.    This Act may be cited as the Reserves Act,1974. Short title.

(1) Reserve No. 14792, classified as of Class A, containing 115 683 hectares or thereabouts, set apart for National Park and controlled by the National Parks Board of Western Australia is hereby amended by excising an area of 88.244 3 hectares surveyed as Plantagenet Location 7256.

(2) The land excised by the operation of subsec- tion (1) of this section shall be granted to Bellavista Farms Pty. Ltd. by way of exchange for Plantagenet Locations 7255 and 7258.

Reserve

(1) Reserve No. 17826, classified as of Class A, comprising Perth Lots S35, T66 and 567, containing 2.469 4 hectares, set apart for the purpose of "Park and Gardens" and vested in the City of Perth is hereby amended by excising an area of 331 square metres surveyed as Perth Lot 873.

(2) The land excised by the operation of subsec- tion (1) of this section shall be included in Class A Reserve No. 13950 for the purpose of "Pumping Station (Perth Sewerage)".

Reserve 5.

The area of 1.573 0 hectares or thereabouts excised from Reserve No. 26838 by section 6 of the Reserves Act, 1971 is hereby included in that reserve, classified as of Class A and set apart for the purpose of "Parklands".

Wyndham. comprising Wyndham Lot 380, containing 1.783 1 hectares, set apart for Recreation and Parklands is hereby amended by excising an area of 8 200 square metres or thereabouts, surveyed as part of Wyndham Lot 1366.

(2) The land excised by the operation of subsec- tion (1) of this section shall be reserved again for the purpose of a "Depot Site (Department of Public Works)".

8. (1) Reserve No. 27004, classified as of Class A, V e2r7v0e0 4

apart for National Park is hereby amended by excis-

ing an area of 3 180 square metres or thereabouts

surveyed as Victoria Location 11155.

(2) The land excised by the operation of subsec- tion (1) of this section shall be included in adjoining Reserve No. 26901 which is set apart for the purpose of "Camping and Caravan Park".
