RESERVES.
No. 105 of 1970.
AN ACT relating to certain Reserves and other Lands.
[Assented to 8th December, 1970.]
BE it enacted by the Queen's Most ExcellentMajesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

be sold and transferred by the Town of Albany to the Western Australian Fire Brigades Board for such consideration as the vendor may think fit, and when tranferred the said land shall be held freed and discharged from the trust aforesaid.

| (2) The Governor is authorised to grant a Condi- tional Purchase Lease of the land excised by the operation of subsection (1) of this section to John Peter Manoni of Albany and Ernest Albert Manoni of Albany under the provisions of section 53 of the Land Act, 1933. | |

(2) The land available from the reserve that is cancelled by the operation of subsection (1) of this section shall be made available for exchange purposes under section 8 of the Land Act, 1933, in such manner as the Governor may approve.

(3) The land available from the reserves that are cancelled by the operation of subsection (1) and subsection (2) of this section is revested in Her Majesty as of Her former estate and is removed from the operation of the Transfer of Land Act, 1893, to the intent that the land be reserved again for the purpose of recreation as the Governor may approve and vested in the Shire of Perenjori.
