RESERVES.
No. 72 of 1966.
AN ACT relating to certain Reserves and other
Lands.
[Assented to 12th December, 1966.]
BE it enacted by the Queen's Most ExcellentMajesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—
1. This Act may be cited as the Reserves Act,1966. Short title.
Reserve

starting from the south-eastern corner of Plantagenet Location 393 and extending northerly along the eastern boundary of that location to the southern side of Frenchman Bay Road (Road Number 3312) ; thence generally south-easterly along that side of that Road to the western corner of the southern severance of Location 112; thence south to a point situate in prolonga- tion easterly of the southern boundary of Location 393 aforesaid; thence westerly along that prolongation to the starting point;
| (b) | an area containing fifty acres and thirty- two perches now surveyed as Plantagenet Location 6993 as shown on Lands and Surveys Diagram No. 71203; and |
| (c) | an area containing five acres and thirty- two perches as shown coloured brown on Lands and Surveys Diagram No. 71203. |
The portion of Reserve No. 24258 excised by the operation of paragraph (a) of subsection (1) of this section shall be reserved for the purpose of a "Rubbish Disposal Site" and be vested in the Shire of Albany, in trust, for that purpose.

The portion of Reserve No. 24258 excised by the operation of paragraph (b) of subsection (1) of this section shall be reserved for the purpose of a "Gravel Quarry" and be vested in the Shire of Albany, in trust, for that purpose.
The portion of Reserve No. 24258 excised by

this section shall be set apart for road purposes.

Class "A" and set apart for the purpose of "Public Park", is hereby amended by excising an area of eight acres and two perches more or less, to be surveyed as Albany Lots 1188, 1189, 1190 and 1191, with the intention that the excised land be set apart as a separate reserve for "Service Tank and Pipe Lines", and vested in the Minister for Water Supply, Sewerage and Drainage, by vesting order, under the provisions of section thirty-three of the Land Act, 1933, in such manner as the Governor may approve.

(2) The land comprised in portion of Cottesloe Lot 9 and held in Certificate of Title Volume 812, Folio 98, may be disposed of by the Trustees of the Public Education Endowment free of all trusts, subject to the proceeds of the sale being invested in accordance with the provisions of the Public Education Endowment Act, 1909.

The Governor is hereby authorised to issue a Crown Grant for Fremantle Town Lots 1511 and 1512 to The Perth Trades Hall Incorporated, freed and discharged of all trusts, with the intention that the property may be sold and the proceeds of such sale held in trust for the purpose of building a Trades Hall at Fremantle.

(2) The portion of Reserve No. 13045 so excised shall be reserved for the purpose of "Caravan Park" and vested in the Shire of Denmark under the provisions of the Land Act, 1933, in such manner as the Governor may approve.

(4) The balance of the area subdivided by the authority of subsection (3) of this section shall, together with abutting closed roads, be renumbered as Wagerup Lots 121 and 122 and the Governor is hereby authorised to issue a Crown Grant for those lots to the Trustees of the Public Education Endowment, freed and discharged of all trusts, with the intention that the land may be disposed of in accordance with the provisions of the Public Education Endowment Act, 1909.
