AN ACT to cancel Reserves numbers 3421 and 3495 classified as of Class "A" and to create Reserve number 26741 for the purpose of the use and requirements of the Parliament and Govern- ment and classify it as of Class "A".

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most ExcellentMajesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1. This Act may be cited as the Reserves Act, and citation.

The land comprised in the Reserves referred portions authorised by section eighteen of the Reserves Act, 1961 to be excised therefrom for the purpose of providing for the widening of Parliament Place and the widening of Havelock Street, having been re-surveyed as Perth Lot 822, is hereby set apart as Reserve number 26741 for the purpose of "the use and requirements of the Parliament and Government" and the Reserve is classified as of Class "A".
