AN ACT relating to certain Reserves and
other Lands.
[Assented to 2nd December, 1960. I
BE it enacted by the Queen's Most ExcellentMajesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

hereby authorised to lease to the Australian Wool Bureau established by the Wool Use Promotion Act, 1953, of the Parliament of the Commonwealth, for a period expiring on the thirty-first day of December, one thousand nine hundred and sixty-five, portion of Cockburn Sound Location 514 containing twenty- seven acres three roods seven perches, bounded by lines starting at the intersection of the eastern side of Carrington Street and the southern side of High Road and extending easterly along that side to the eastern boundary of the Location 514; thence south- erly along that boundary for a distance of seven chains twenty-two and seven-tenths links; thence westerly through the location and parallel to the southern side of High Road to the eastern side of Carrington Street and thence northerly along that side to the starting point, being part of the land comprised in Certificate of Title Volume 186 Folio 78.

The purpose of Reserve number 21820, com- prising Kojonup Location 1200 at Katanning, is hereby amended from Greater Sports Ground to Greater Sports Ground and Aerial Landing Ground, with the intention that the reserve be vested in the Katanning Road Board, in trust, for the amended purposes, with power to lease in such manner as the Governor may approve, under the provisions of the Land Act, 1933.

an area of about one hundred and eighty-seven thousand and eighty-five acres bounded on the west by the western boundary of the reserve, on the east by the King George River and on the north and south by the prolongation eastward of the northern a n d southern boundaries, respectively, of Special Lease number 3116/2676.
(2) The land comprised in the portion so excised is hereby included in and shall become portion of Special Lease number 3116/2676, registered in the name of The Benedictine Community of New Norcia Incorporated.

the southern boundary of that location three chains thirty-one and four-tenths links to a surveyed line being the western boundary of a proposed road five chains wide as shown on Lands and Surveys original Plan number 8219; thence one hundred and eighty-four degrees twelve minutes along that line twelve chains fifty links; thence west to the eastern boundary of Reserve number 25202 (Murray Location 1529); thence north and west along the boundaries of that reserve to its north-western corner; thence south along its western boundary one chain; thence two hundred and fifty-six degrees thirteen minutes to the north-western boundary of Reserve number 2851; thence north-eastward and eastward along the boun- daries of that reserve to the north-western boundary of Murray Location 1130; thence south-westward along that boundary sixty links to the starting point,
with the intention that the portion so excised shall be included in two separate reserves, for the purposes of Rifle Range and Quarry and for an amendment of Reserve 25202 in such manner as the Governor may approve.

an area of thirteen and six-tenths perches commencing at a point on the western side of King Street, Merredin, situated two chains thirty-two and two-tenths links south of Duff Street and extending south fifty-three links, thence west one chain sixty links, north fifty- three links and east one chain sixty links to the starting point.
(2) The land comprised in the portion so excised may be set apart as a reserve for a Site for a Sewerage Pumping Station, under the provisions of the Land Act, 1933.

Avon Location 23563, being Reserve number 18407, granted for an estate in fee simple and now the subject of Certificate of Title Volume 852 Folio 63, and registered in the names of George Edward Watts, Arthur James Marshall, William Henry Price and Arthur William Lange in trust for the purpose of a Hallsite, is hereby revested in Her Majesty as of her former estate and shall be removed from the operation of the Transfer of Land Act, 1893, with the intention that the reserve shall be vested in the Cuballing Road Board in trust for a Hallsite.

(1) Reserve number 9868 at Yanchep classified as of Class "A" and set apart for the purpose of Protection and Preservation of Caves and Flora and for a Health and Pleasure Resort, and vested in the National Parks Board of Western Australia is hereby amended by the excision of all that portion now surveyed as Swan Location 6933 containing eleven acres no roods and twenty-eight and three-tenths perches.
(2) The land comprised in the portion so excised is hereby revested in Her Majesty as of her former estate, with the intention that it be reserved under the provisions of the Land Act, 1933, for the purpose of a Forestry Headquarters Site at Yanchep and be vested in the Conservator of Forests, in trust, for that purpose.
