No. 64 of 1953.

AN ACT relating to certain reserves and other lands.

[Assented to 9th January, 1954.]

BE it enacted, by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:-

1.    This Act may be cited as the Reserves Act, short title.

2.    Reserve No. 20841 at Kendenup, classified as Reserve o.

of Class "A" and set apart for the purpose of School Kendenup. hereby reduced by the excision of Plantagenet Location No. 5100 with the intention that the location so excised shall be reserved as a School Site.

3.    (1) Reserve No. 1665 at Mosman Park classified ft665 =a,

Recreation and vested in the Mosman Park Road as of Class "A" and set apart for the purpose of Park' the excision of those portions being-

Mosman Park Lots 40 and 41 as surveyed and that portion of Mosman Park Lot 42 east of the prolongation southward of the eastern boundary of the Lot 41.

(2) The land so excised from the reserve is hereby revested in Her Majesty as of her former estate with the intention that it shall be reserved for the purpose of a School Site.

Reserve No. 7953 at Nanson, classified as of Class "A" and set apart for the purpose of Recreation, is hereby set apart for the purpose of Recreation and Showground.

Reserve No. 10887, comprising Perth Lots 462 and 566 situated on the southern side of the Supreme Court Buildings at Perth, set aside for the purposes of Botanical Gardens and classified as of Class "A" is amended to comprise an area of 7 acres 1 rood 13 perches now surveyed as Perth Lot 462 the subject of Lands and Surveys Original Plan No. 6176.

Reserve No. 22094 at Wokalup, set apart for the purpose of a Mental Hospital Site and classified as of Class "A" is hereby cancelled with the intention that Wellington Location 4472, being the land com- prised in the reserve, be reserved for such public purpose as the Governor may approve.
