No. 38 of 1946.
AN ACT relating to certain reserves and other land.
[Assented to 24th January, 1947.]
BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty,by and with the advice and consent of the Legis- lative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—
1. This Act may be cited as the Reserves Act, 1946.. Short title.
2. Those pieces of land being portions of reserves Reserveseand
A2995 and A7537 reserved for the purpose of parks and A7537' being respectively
| (a) | Swan View Suburban Area Lot 111 as shown on |
Lands and Surveys original plan 5389, and
| (b) | Swan Location 4936 as shown on Lands and |
Surveys original plan 5389
are hereby removed from the operation of the respective reservations with the intention that such portions may be and are hereby authorised to be dealt with as Crown Land under the provisions of the Land Act, 1933-1945, and used for the purpose of a railway within the mean- ing of the Government Railways Act, 1904-1939.

"A" Class
That piece of land being portion of "A" Class reserve No. 1840 reserved for the purpose of recreation and being Mosman Park Lot 537, as shown on Lands and Surveys Diagram No. 61069 is hereby removed from the operation of the reservation with the intention that such portion may be and is hereby authorised to be dealt with as Crown land under the provisions of the Land Act, 1933-1945.

Class A
The reservation of all that piece of land being Class A reserve 2298 for the purpose of a resting and watering place stock route and common for travellers and stock is hereby cancelled with the intention that the same may be and is hereby authorised to be dealt with as Crown Land under the provisions of the Land Act, 1933-1945, and used for the purpose of land settlement under the War Service Land Settlement Agreement Act, 1945 (No. 24 of 1945).

| No. 17143. | (b) | Reserve No. 17143 and being Young's Siding Lot 6, being the whole of the land comprised in Crown Lease No. 416 of 1922, held under a nine hundred and ninety-nine years' lease by Robert Knapp, Henry Charles Sims, Elias John Wolfe, Michael Francis Ryan and Basil Cecil Chambers, as trustees for the Young's Siding Agricultural Hall, |
are hereby revested in His Majesty the King as of his former estate freed and discharged from all trusts with the intention that the same may be and is hereby

standing in the names of Edward Powell, Frank Harrison Blechynden and Frank Lodge as trustees of the Beverley Agricultural Society and reserved as Reserve 8473 for the purpose of a showground are hereby revested in His Majesty the King as of his former estate freed and discharged from all trusts to be dealt with as Crown Land under the provisions of the Land Act, 1933-1945.
8. All that piece of land being Perth Lot 11143 is Perm Lot
