RESERVES.

No. 23 of 1942.
AN ACT relating to certain reserves and other lands.
[Assented to 9th December, 1942.]
BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty,by and with the advice and consent of the Legis- lative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—
1. This Act may be cited as the Reserves Act, 1942. short title.

Lulcis, and Thomas Henry Wright as trustees of the Balingup Agricultural Society for the purposes of a show ground is hereby revested in His Majesty the King as of his former estate, with the intent that the said piece of land shall be granted to the Balingup Road Board in trust for the purposes of a show ground.
(2) Subsection (1) of this section shall apply notwith-
standing the provisions of section thirteen of the Reserves
Act, 1923 (No. 29 of 1928), which upon the passing of
this Act shall cease to have effect.

Swan Rea-
| tion 3181. | 3. All that piece of land, being Swan location 3181, at Hollywood, as surveyed and shown on diagram 49978 in the Department of Lands-and Surveys, comprising 10 acres 0 roods 1 perch, •and heretofore comprised in reserve A19574, set apart for recreation (children's playground), is hereby excised from the said reserve, with the intent that the said land shall be set apart as a reserve for educational purposes. |

| .97692. | 4. All that portion of reserve A7692, in the Nelson district, set apart for national park, described in the Schedule to this Act, is hereby excised from the said reserve, with the intent that the area so excised shall be included in State Forest No. 36 adjoining the same. |
SCHEDULE.
All that piece of land, heretofore part of reserve A7692, bounded by lines starting from a point situate 86 chains south and 90 chains west of the south-western corner of Nelson location 177 and extending east 240 chains, thence south about 20 chains, thence 254 degrees 0 minutes 15 chains, thence 238 degrees 0 minutes 18 chains, thence 233 degrees 30 minutes 8 chains, thence 262 degrees 0 minutes 23 chains 50 links, thence 206 degrees 0 minutes 18 chains 50 links, thence 224 degrees 0 minutes 21 chains, thence 208 degrees 0 minutes 26 chains, thence 195 degrees 30 minutes 40 chains to a point on the northern side of a one-chain road and situate about 6 chains westerly from the secant post opposite road post marked T55, thence generally westerly along the said side of road to a point due south of the starting point, and thence north about 108 chains to the said starting point.
Bearings are true or thereabouts and measurements more or less.
