No. 34 of 1937.
AN ACT relating to certain Reserves and other lands.
[Assented to 18th January, 1938.]
BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty,by and with the advice and consent of the Legis- lative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

2. All that piece of laud, being Cue lot 41, the subject cue lot 41.
of a nine hundred and ninety-nine years' lease granted to Thomas Chesson, Daniel Meldrum, and William Collier as Trustees for the Murchison Amalgamated Workers' Association for a hall site, and comprised in Certificate of Title volume 243, folio 102, is hereby revested in His Majesty the King as of his former estate to the intent that a similar lease of the said land may be granted for the purposes of a hall site to the Australian Workers' Union (Westralian Branch).

rotta upon trust for the Amalgamated Workers' Asso- ciation at Mount Magnet is hereby revested in His Majesty the King as of his former estate to the intent that a Crown grant of the said laud shall be issued to the Australian Workers' Union (Westralian Branch).

20027. 4. Reserve 20027 (Swan View lot 105), set apart for a hall site in accordance with the provisions of section eight of the Reserves Aet, 1928 (No. 29 of 1928), is hereby cancelled and the land may be dealt with as Crown land under the provisions of the Land Act, 1933-1936.

| A20503. | 5. Reserve A20503, set apart for park lands at Balingup, is hereby amended by excluding therefrom that portion surveyed and shown on Lands and Surveys Diagram 59556 as Nelson location 11263, containing three roods thirty-five and one-tenth perches. |
Reserve 6. Reserve A9286, at Kalgoorlie, set apart for water A9286. supply purposes, is hereby amended by excluding there-
from that portion being Kalgoorlie lot 2767, containing four acres thirty-three perches, to the intent that the said lot may be reserved for sewerage purposes or be other- wise dealt with as Crown land under the provisions of the Land Act, 1933-1936.

mond Clarkson, Bernard Connor, and John Hugh Phil- lips for the purposes of the Newcastle Racecourse and being Avon location 26241, also leased for a term of sixty-six years and three months to the said Bernard Drummond Clarkson, the said Bernard Connor, and the said John Hugh Phillips as trustees for the Newcastle Racecourse, in accordance with section three of the Reserves Act (No. 2), 1926, are hereby revested in His Majesty the King as of his former estate to the intent that the said lands may be granted in fee simple to the Toodyay Road Board in trust for racecourse, showground, and general sports ground.
Reserve 6650. 8. All that piece of land, being Kojonup location 1200,
comprised in reserve 6650, held under a ninety-nine years' lease by Albert Henry McKenzie, George McLeod (junior), and Frederick Thomas Fisher Crossby as

trustees for the Katanning Turf Club for the purpose of a racecourse is hereby revested in His Majesty the King as of his former estate to the intent that the said land may be set apart as a reserve for a greater sports ground and be vested in the Katanning Road Board.
9. All that portion of the land comprised in reserve 1=
A5304, at Geraldton, set apart for recreation, more parti- cularly described in the First Schedule to the Act, is hereby excised from such reserve and may be reserved for railway or other purposes.
10. That portion of Cockburn Sound location 551 held Reserve 671.
by the city of Fremantle as part of reserve 671 for an endowment in perpetuity -for the use and benefit of the city of Fremantle, more particularly described in the Second Schedule to this Act, is hereby revested in His Majesty the King as of his former estate to the intent that it may be reserved for an endowment of and be granted to the East Fremantle municipality.

All that portion of reserve A5304 hounded by lines starting from the north-western corner of Geraldton town lot 809 and extending 73 degrees 18 minutes 2 chains 98 7/10ths links; thence 160 degrees 13 minutes 2 chains 30 1/10th links; thence 255 degrees 19 minutes 3 chains 73 4/lochs links, and thence 359 degrees 12 minutes 2 chains 25 2/10ths links to the starting point.
All bearings being true and the measurements more or less. Plan

SECOND SCHEDULE.
All that portion of Cockburn Sound location 551 bounded by lines starting from a point situate 179 degrees 28 minutes 1 chain 30 links from the south-eastern corner of Cockburn Sound location 719 and extending 178 degrees 28 minutes 8 chains 30 1/10th links to the tangent point of a circular curve the bearing and distance of whose radius is 269 degrees 28 minutes 50 links from said tangent point; thence by said curve south south-westerly and 45 8/10ths links to another tangent point; thence 231 degrees 55 minutes 50 1/10th links; thence 270 degrees 0 minutes 25 chains 2 6/lOths links; thence 0 degrees 1 minute 9 chains and 9/lOths of a link; thence 45 degrees 1 minute 42 4/10ths links; thence 90 degrees 0 minutes 24 chains 92 7/10ths links, and thence 134 degrees 44 minutes 42 6/lOths links to the start- ing point, and on the inner part by and exclusive of a public road one chain wide.
