AN ACT relating to certain Reserves.

Short title, 1. This Act may be cited as the Reserves Act, 1935.

Reserve	2. That portion of Reserve A20838 (Swan Location 435) for recreation at Hollywood, described in the First Schedule to this Act, is hereby excised from the said reserve to the intent that it may be reserved for the pur- pose of a site for a State school.

That portion of the land, being portion of Bus- selton sub. lot Cl more particularly described in the Second Schedule to this Act, and being portion of the land granted to the Reverend Martin Griver, a Roman Catholic Chaplain, to be used for a cemetery for Roman Catholics, and comprised in Registry of Deeds Enrol- ment No. 2611, is hereby revested in His Majesty the King as of his former estate to the intent that the same may be reserved for the purposes of recreation and camping or be otherwise dealt with under the provisions of the Land Act, 1933.

Reserve 8330. 6. Section two of the Reserves Act, 1934 (No. 44 of

1934), relating to the revestment in His Majesty of re- serve 8330 is hereby amended by deleting the figures "855" in line one of the section and inserting in lieu thereof the figures "895."

Fremantle

town lot 1508.	7. The Fremantle city council may, with the approval of the Governor in Council and notwithstanding any trusts affecting such land, lease to the Saint John Ambu- lance Association, Incorporated, for the purposes and objects of the said association in and around Fremantle, for a term of twenty-one years and such further term not exceeding twenty-one years as the council may at the expiration of the first term deem fit, and upon such terms and conditions as the council may deem fit, and free during such term or extension of such term from the operation of any of the aforesaid trusts, that portion of land held in trust for corporation yards being all that portion of Fremantle town lot 1508 which is more particularly described, defined, and delineated in the Fourth Schedule hereto.

40 and 114.	8. The municipality of Cottesloe is hereby authorised to sell, for such price and upon such terms and conditions as the said municipality shall deem fit, those portions of land held in trust "solely for the purposes of a Munici- pal Endowment," being portions of Cottesloe lots 40 and 114, containing together 3 acres 3 roods 25 perches, and being those portions of the land comprised in Certificate of Title volume 487, folio 118, not included in Warnham road, as dedicated in the Government Gazette dated 24th June, 1932, and may transfer to a purchaser freed and discharged from all trusts the land hereby authorised to be sold : Provided that the proceeds of such sale shall be applied by the said municipality for the purpose of form- ing and constructing the extension of Napier street from Broome street to Marine parade, Cottesloe, and for the improvement and embellishment of class "A" reserve 3235, which comprises Cottesloe Suburban Lots 37, 38, and 39, and for the provision of recreational facilities thereon, and for such other municipal purposes as are approved by the Minister for Lands.

by the said Busselton municipal council to His Majesty to the intent that the same may he granted to the West- ern Australian Fire Brigades Board for the purpose of a site for a fire station.

All that portion of Reserve A20838 (Swan location 435) bounded by lines starting at a point on the northern alignment of Government road situate 3 chains 20-1/10th links east from the eastern alignment of Smyth road, and extending 0 degrees 0 minutes 6 chains 32-7/10th links; thence 90 degrees 0 minutes 6 chains 32 ]inks; thence 180 degrees 0 minutes 6 chains 33-3/10th links; and thence 270 degrees 4 minutes

chains 32 links to the starting point.

All that portion of land, being portion of Busselton lot Cl, bounded by lines starting from the north-eastern corner of Busselton lot C and extending 75 degrees 43 . minutes 2 chains; thence 105 degrees 56 minutes 5 chains 0-4/10th links; thence 255 degrees 38 minutes 2 links; thence 345 degrees 32 minutes 2 chains 50-5/10th links; thence 255 degrees 35 minutes 1 chain 96-5/10th links; and thence 345 degrees 58 minutes 2 chains 50-2/10th links to the starting point.

All that portion of land, being portion of Busselton lot C bounded by lines starting from the junction of the eastern alignment of Stanley street with the southern alignment of Marine terrace, Busselton town- site, and extending 75 degrees 43 minutes 12 links; thence 166 degrees 1 minute 5 chains 1-3/10th links; thence 255 degrees 38 minutes 12 links; and thence 3-16 degrees 1 minute 5 chains 1-3/10th links to the starting point.
