AN ACT relating to certain Reserves and to revest certain

grants of Land in the Crown.

[Assented to 30th December, 1932.]

This Act may be cited as the Reserves Act, 1932.

That portion of reserve A 1720 commencing at the north-east corner of Perth Suburban Lot 490 and extending 345 deg. 5 min. 1 chain ; thence 255 deg. 25 min. 1 chain 96 links ; thence 179 deg. 37 min. 1 chain 3 1 /10th links to the north-west corner of said lot 490 ; thence 75 deg. 25 min. 2 chains 21 9 /10th links to the point of commencement, containing 33 4 /10th perches or thereabouts.

The Second Schedule.

Description of Land.

All those portions of Reserve A 1720 being :—

Part "A4," containing an area of 18 9 /10th perches, and bounded by lines starting from a point on a North-eastern boundary of Perth Town lot LW situate 128 deg. 34 min. 1 chain 83 6 /10th links from its northernmost corner and extending 52 deg. 6 min. 26 links ; thence 56 deg. 12 min. 2 chains 63 7 /10th links ; thence 54 deg. 13 min. 70 8 /10th links ; thence 50 deg. 14 min. 52 4 /10th links ; thence 224 deg. 20 min. 2 chains 56 3 /10th links ; thence 236 deg. 49 min. 1 chain 48 5 /10th links, and thence 308 deg. 34 min. 43 4 /10th links to the starting point.

Part " B," containing an area of 1 /10th perch and bounded by lines starting from the south corner of Perth town lot 469 (4\588) and extending 224 deg. 20 min. 39 5 /10th links ; thence 38 deg. 18 min. 38 7 /10th links, and thence 119 deg. 42 min. 4 2/10th links to the starting point.

All bearings being true or thereabouts and the measurements more or less, as the same are delineated on the plan hereunder and hachured black thereon.
