No. 29 of 1931.
AN ACT to revest a certain Reserve in His Majesty, and to change the purposes of and otherwise relating to certain other Reserves.

B E it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, byCouncil and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, inand with the advice and consent of the Legislative
this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of
the same, as follows:—

| vested in Guildford | 2. All that piece of land, being Reserve 11529, comprising Guildford lots 170 to 174, both inclusive, and Guildford lot 202, the subject of Crown Grant tinder the Land Act, 1898, to Walter Padbury, Hugh Hamersley, and Herbert Edward Barker Gull as trustees for the Swan Agricultural and Horti- cultural Society, for the purposes of a show ground, and registered in the Office of Land Titles in Volume 439, Folio 43, is hereby revested in His Majesty as of his former estate, to the intent that the said land may be reserved by the Gov- ernor for the purpose of park lands and vested in the Guild- ford municipality for such purpose. |

Reserve AA 18325. 3. That portion of Reserve A + 18325 (Swan Location
3122), containing 43 acres 0 roods 37 perches, more or less, bounded by lines starting from the north-western corner of Reserve ir 8939 and extending 270deg. 10min. 34 chains 16 7/10th links; thence 134deg. 4min. 32 chains 19 5/10th links; thence 44deg. 4min. 21 chains 16 9/10th links; thence 270deg. 10min. 3 chains 70 3/10th links, and thence Odeg. 10min.

7 chains 7 1/10th links to the starting point, but excluding road No. 4231, is excised from the said reserve and may be set apart as a class A reserve for public utility.
4. (1.) That portion of Reserve B t 943, containing 52 Restive BA 943.
acres 3 roods 33 perches, more or less, bounded by lines start- ing from a point on the eastern side of road No. 4231, situate 168deg. 23min. 27 chains 8 2/10th links from the intersection of said side of said road with the southern alignment of Wordsworth avenue and extending 44deg. 4nain. 5 chains 82 6/10th links; thence 134deg. 5min. 43 chains 27 7/10th links; thence 219deg. 23min. 4 chains 96 6/10th links; thence 296deg. 18min. 2 chains 96 5/10th links; thence 277deg. 16min. 13 chains 63 6/10th links; thence 281deg. 46min. 3 chains 51 6/10th links; thence 290deg. 47min. 3 chains 53 3/10th links; thence 299deg. 52min. 3 chains 53 4/10th links; thence 308deg. 51min. 1 chain 94 4/10th links to the said side of road No. 4231; and thence 348deg. 23min. 22 chains 22 8/10th links to the starting point, but excluding road No. 250, is excised from the said reserve and shall be added to and form part of Reserve A it 18325.
(2.) The portion excised from Reserve B t 943 and to be added to and form part of Reserve A t 18325 as aforesaid may be vested by the Governor in the Perth Road Board for such purposes as the Governor may think fit, with power, with the approval of the Governor but not otherwise, to lease the same or portions thereof for any purposes the Governor may approve for not exceeding fifty years, but subject to the condition that all improvements to be made by the Board shall be subject to the approval of the Governor.
