No. 29 of 1928.
AN ACT to change the purposes of and otherwise relating
to certain Reserves.

| this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows :— |
| 1. | This Act may be cited as the Reserves Act, 1928. | Short title. |

| Kojonup Lot 122, now held by the Kojonup Road Board for a term of twenty-one years, may be granted to the Board for an estate in fee simple ; and the Board is hereby authorised to sell the said land and transfer the same to the purchaser discharged from any trust : Pro- vided that the proceeds of sale shall be applied to the improvement of Lot 247 of Kojonup Location 53 acquired by the Board for a memorial hall site. | Kojonnp Lot 123. |
3. Kondinin Lot 31, set apart as Reserve *16751 for Kondinin Lots 31
for road board purposes, may be granted to the Kondinin Road Board for an estate in fee simple, and the Board is hereby authorised to sell the said lots and transfer the same to the purchasers discharged from any trust : Pro- vided that the proceeds of sale shall be applied to the improvement of the portion of Reserve * 16731 that is set apart as a site for an agricultural hail and road board offices.

Kondinin Lot 91 and that portion of Kondinin Lot 41 situated north of the production west of the south side of Gordon street, reserved and set apart as portion of Reserve 16731 for recreation, may be granted to the Kon- dinin Road Board for an estate in fee simple, and the Board is hereby authorised to sell the said land and transfer the same to the purchaser discharged from any trust : Provided that the proceeds of sale shall be applied in or towards the acquisition of portion of Avon Location 15090 for the purpose of an addition to the said recreation reserve. |
Reserve A10581,
Reserve No. m10581, containing 121 acres, at present reserved for water, may be granted to the Bruce Rock Road Board for an estate in fee simple : And the Board is hereby authorised to sell the said land and transfer the same to the purchaser discharged from any trust : Provided that the proceeds of the sale shall be applied to the acquisition of lands at Shackleton to be used for the purpose of public recreation.

Victoria 'Location
It shall be lawful for the trustees of Victoria District Turf Club, subject to the approval of the Governor, to mortgage Victoria Location 7864, which is leased to the said trustees for nine hundred and ninety-nine years for the purpose of a racecourse, to secure the repayment of money to be borrowed to further improve the said land as a racecourse.

Perth Lot T28. 7. Perth Town Lot T28, granted in fee simple to Henry
Trigg, George Randall, James Dyer, Thomas Smith, and Henry Birch for an extension of the cemetery (Congrega- tional) is hereby revested in His Majesty as of His former estate, and may be granted to the Trustees of the Trinity Congregational Church, Perth, Incorporated, for an estate
in fee simple in trust for church purposes.

Reserve 44817409. 9. That portion of Reserve mA17409 for a common,
near Mullewa, situate south of an east line from a point on its western boundary 30 chains from its south-west corner, and containing about 58 acres, is hereby excised from the said reserve to the intent that it may be reserved

10. Reserve No. 4A1667 for the Old Men's Home at Reserve 4A1807.-
Claremont is hereby amended to exclude that portion described in the Schedule to this Act, to the intent that such portion shall be added to Reserve 4A17391 for public recreation.
11. Ballidu Lot 9, set apart as Reserve 415834 for an Reserve 416834.
agricultural hall site, may be granted to the Wongan- Ballidu Road Board for an estate in fee simple, and the Board is hereby authorised to sell the land and transfer the same to the purchaser discharged from any trust : Provided that the proceeds of the sale shall be applied in or towards the erection of a new hall on Ballidu Lot 61 which is reserved for that purpose.
12. The purpose of Reserve 4A4307, Williams Sub- Reserve 48.4307.
urban Lot 9, at present set apart for recreation, may be changed to a school site or such other purpose as may be approved by the Governor.
13. Balingup Lot 198, granted to Charles Mauger, Balingup Lot 108,
Frederick William Fellowes Lukis, and Thomas Henry Wright, as trustees for the Balingup Agricultural Society, for the purpose of a show ground, may be transferred by the said trustees to the Balingup Road Board.
14. That portion of Perth Suburban Lot 402 at South Perth Sub.-Lot 402,
Perth lying south-eastward of the prolongation south- westward of the north-western boundary of Lot 464 (re- served), may be acquired by purchase by the State Savings Bank for the erection of buildings for use by the Bank and its tenants, and the provisions of the Land Act, 1898, whereby town or suburban land is required to be sold by public auction, shall not apply. The price of the said land shall be four hundred and fifty pounds, and the cost of survey, to be paid by the State Savings Bank to the Department of Lands and Surveys.
