AN ACT to excise portions of and otherwise relating to

certain Reserves.

[Assented to 31st December, 1925.]

Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in

BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, byand with the advice and consent of the Legislative

this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority

of the same, as follows :—

Short title.	1. This Act may be cited as the Reserves Act, 1925.
Reserve A411378.	2. (1) Albany Lots 366, 367, and 368, and Lots 509 to

512 inclusive, are excised from Reserve A m11373, and Albany Lots 312 and 315 are included in the said Reserve in place of the excised lots, and are hereby vested in the Trustees of the Public Education Endowment.

Avon Lee. 20203. (2) It shall be lawful for the. Trustees of the Public Education Endowment to surrender to His Majesty the Reserve which was granted to the Trustees as Avon Location 20293.

Reserve 43263. 3. The land comprised in Reserve m3268 at Bunbury,

now used by the Municipal Council for a pound site, may be granted to the said council in fee simple, with power to sell the same and apply the proceeds to the acquisition of a new site for the purpose of a pound and the equipment thereof.

Reserve A4647. 4. That portion of Reserve A £647 for camping and

public utility at Napier Creek, bounded by lines starting at a point on the South boundary of Plantagenet Location 2978, Reserve m16556, situate 3 chains 2 . 5 links East

from its South-West corner and extending 90° 7 chains along part of the said boundary ; thence 159° 20' 3 chains 57 . 8 links ; thence 270° 11 chains 17 . 5 links ; and thence 41° 1' 4 chains 43 . 7 links to the starting point, is excised therefrom and may be reserved for the purposes of a. hall site.

5.    That portion of Reserve A 4\5691 for a school site Reserve A45891.

at Subiaco, bounded by lines starting from the West corner of Perth Suburban Lot 437 and extending 47° 18' 1 chain 68 . 7 links ; thence 0° 38' 1 chain 68 . 4 links ; thence 225° 0' 7 . 5 links ; and thence 203° 6' 3 chains 3 . 9 links to the starting point, is excised therefrom.

6.    (1) That portion of Reserve A 4\18325 (Swan Loca- Reserve AT 18325.

tion 3122) containing 16 acres 3 roods 39 perches, bounded by lines starting from the West corner of Swan Location Y and extending North-Westerly on a bearing of 315° 3' for a distance of 15 chains, being along part of the North- Eastern boundary of Swan Location Z ; thence North- Easterly on a bearing of 39° 22' for a distance of 10 chains 99 . 2 links ; thence South-Easterly on a bearing of 134° 13' for a distance of 16 chains 6 . 9 links ; thence South- Westerly along the North boundary of Swan Location Y to the starting point, is excised therefrom and may be set apart as a Class A Reserve for a public park.

(2) The remainder of the said Reserve may be vested by the Governor in the Perth Road Board for such pur- poses as the Governor may think fit, with power, with the approval of the Governor but not otherwise, to lease the same or portions thereof for any purposes the Governor may approve for not exceeding fifty years ; but subject to the condition that all improvements to be made by the Board shall be subject to the approval of the Governor.
